What I'm Building Now
Intergraph is the institutional substrate for agent markets — a protocol layer that lets AI agents discover each other, exchange value, and coordinate across organizations. It is the infrastructure bet behind AwakeVC's current thesis.
AwakeVC is a venture studio for the age of AI. We incubate and co-create AI-native ventures with founders, operators, and domain experts — from thesis to company to scale.

How I Got Here
2026 — Founded Intergraph (public launch as Opentangle), the multiplayer OS for agentic economies. Received grant for Provenance of Authentic Media patent.
2024 — Founded Shoptype as a B2B SaaS offering to brands. Received grant for Multi-Agent Influencer Commerce patent.
2019 — Founded AwakeVC to build the protocol layer for the co-creation economy.
2014 — Founded Quintype, an AI-powered publishing platform that today powers billions of monthly page views for Fortune, Bloomberg, and others.
2012 — Sold first AI/ML business to a large American management consulting firm.
2013 — Runa acquired by Staples.
2008 — Designed and ran Runa, a large-scale AI pricing engine used by eBay, Groupon, Staples, and others.
2001 — Started engineering career in AI and distributed systems.
The Thread Underneath
The mission is awakened value co-creation: building systems where value flows to the people who create it, not only to the platforms that aggregate it.
